Erin Takes on the FA Plate

Erin started playing football at age 7. ‘What I love about the sport and especially being at Wolves is getting to travel all over the country and getting to play at Premier League training grounds.’ She loves meeting lots of new people that help her progress as a player.

So far she has managed to successfully sign with Wolves in June 2019 and is playing her third season with them now. She has also been the Captain for the U14s and U16s. She has made it to the semi final of the FA Plate with U16s and of the cup with the Reserves. Amazingly, she is playing for the reserves this season even though she’s only in the U16s age group. All of these achievements are phenomenal and show how much dedication and talent Erin has.

Erin is constantly striving to improve her skills. She trains on Tuesdays and Thursdays and plays matches on Saturdays and Sundays, one with the U16s and once with the reserves.

‘I hope to progress through to the first team and see how far I can go. If things don’t work out, I would love to be a coach or do a role in anything sports related.’

Erin won the semi final match of the FA Plate against Essex and got through to the final which was against Aston Villa on 23rd April at Loughborough.

Unfortunately they lost but put up a good fight and it was an experience for them all.
