Careers Fair Tomorrow!
Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are excited to invite you to our forthcoming Post-16 Options Fair, a key event designed to provide you and your child with valuable information regarding their educational and career pathways after Year 11.
Event Details:
Date: Wednesday 17th July
Time: 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Location: Redhill School – Hall
Registration: Please register in the school Dining Hall upon arrival.
Parking: Parking is limited on site, please consider walking to the school or using the Church Street Public Car Park
This event marks the first step in your child's Post-16 journey, offering a unique opportunity to explore a wide range of options. Local colleges and representatives from various career sectors, will be on hand to answer your questions and share important information applications processes, courses available and grade requirements.
What to Expect:
College Presentations: Learn about the different courses and opportunities available at local colleges through formal presentations.
Informal Discussions: Engage in one-on-one conversations with representatives to get a more personalised understanding of what each institution has to offer.
Careers Advisors: Take advantage of the presence of careers advisors who will be available for one-on-one advice and guidance tailored to your child's interests and aspirations.
Additionally, each college will be able to share with you their forthcoming open day events, with some starting as early as September. This fair is an excellent opportunity to gather information and begin planning these crucial next steps.
We strongly encourage you to attend this event with your child. Your involvement and support are vital as they navigate these important decisions about their future.
