A Great Week for Football Matches!

The Y10 boys’ football team won the District 6-a-side which took place at Leasowes on Wednesday. The A team were unbeaten, winning 5 and drawing 1. The B team came fourth in the competition, winning 2, drawing 1 and losing 3. Fantastic effort everyone.

We have been lucky enough to have entered two teams into the U-14 girls’ football league! The Year 9 team finished 3rd which is an amazing achievement! The mixed team of Year 8 and 9 finished 9th out of 12! Well done everyone. Thank you to Miss McGlynn and Mr Fiz for coaching and taking the teams to the matches.

It was brilliant entering two teams in the U16 girls’ football league. Their central league was run at Leasowes over two weeks and they finished in first and second place, an amazing achievement! Thank you to Erin and Georgia who didn’t make the photo because they had to rush off to train at Wolves and Villa. We certainly have some talented footballers at Redhill. Thank you to Miss Glover for helping to coach both teams.
