“ Our Birmingham College of Food department runs Saturday Academies allow you to experience what it’s like studying bakery, chef or hospitality courses at University College Birmingham. This gives you an opportunity to explore whether working in this industry is your ultimate career goal plus providing you with not only practical skills but other valuable skills such as confidence, communication and teamwork. “
