Redhill vs Thorns Match Student Report

“The game kicked off at 4pm at Thorns Secondary school. During the start of the game, both teams had a few chances at a goal but never seemed to hit the back of the net. Close to the end of the first half, Redhill dominated possession but couldn’t get a shot on target of the opposition’s goal.

The second half began and both teams were ready and raring to win. Unfortunately, the Redhill defence made a mistake in the box which cost them to be one goal down. Not long after though, Sam D slipped the ball past the Thorns goalie to level the score. Close to the end of the game, Redhill attacked well, getting shots away, but Thorns defended cleverly to end the result on 1:1.”
