Chef Academy Graduation

The students pictured below have taken part in an 8 Week Saturday Chef Academy at UCB. All 9 students have participated in planning, preparing and serving a 2 course meal and afternoon tea as part of their showcasing of skills.

Parents were invited and their Food teacher was also given a special invite.

This was a wonderful day, Mrs Condlyffe was overwhelmed by the professional conduct displayed by students and their ability to produce food to a very high standard. They have been working with other students from around the West Midlands. A special mention to Lucy Blanton who was asked to be head chef on the day big responsibility.
