Student Art Work

This is the final Art Exhibition of online work for this school year. Thank you to all the year 7 and 8 that have submitted such wonderful work over the past term. There is one surprise drawing that got missed from the previous exhibition but the rest are student's final pieces from the project they have been working on this half term. The students have been looking at the work of the artist Ruth Allen. They have researched her style and techniques and produced work of their own. Ruth Allen uses a technique called continuous line drawing where you do not take the pen off the page. This gives a lovely, fluid and sometimes loopy line. Unfortunately we can not show you everyone's work but here is a selection. I hope you enjoy this celebration of their work. Mrs Chamberlain-Page, Mrs Fox, Mrs Dawson and Mr Scott.
